World Ranger Day

World Ranger Day commemorates rangers killed or injured in the line of duty, and celebrates the work rangers do to protect the world’s natural and cultural treasures.

The International Ranger Federation is the official worldwide body that represents the people working on the frontline of conservation – rangers, game rangers, wardens, guardaparques and field officers.

They rely on the financial support and assistance of their members, partners and supporters as well as people like you to assist these front-line conservationists in protecting our natural heritage.

Donations go to the Game Rangers Association of Africa
